Gizmote

This was a graphic design class project in which we had to develop a brand, packaging, and infographic for a certain toy. Students were to take an already developed toy and re-design a brand around it. I chose a small remote that in actuality controlled nothing but branded it as a toy to encourage imaginative play amongst young children.
The logo represents the remote shape and has several different more than one shape to resemble the multiple uses for the gizmote. I then developed the packaging around the logo and moved on to the infographic. The infographic lists different possible uses that serve as a jumping-off point for how kids can use the remote. Some of the ideas include mind control, laser beam, and turning people into animals. Overall it was designed to let kid’s imaginations run wild!
